About me: I owned a Real Estate Appraisal Company for 25+ years in Northern California's Wine Country, and then I moved to beautiful Pinellas County, and purchased a Mobile Home. I'm a licensed Realtor, and help buyers and sellers in land lease parks, resident owned parks, as well as residential Real Estate. I’ve been married to my wife for 30 years, we have 5 kids and 7 grandchildren. I also have a background in sales, and would love a chance to help you sell or buy your next home.
